I hereby undertake that in case I am admitted I shall abide by the instructions rules and regulations and code of conduct of Hamdard Coaching Centre. If my performance/conduct is assessed as unsatisfactory by the Director or my attitude is considered indifferent, my admission may be cancelled whereupon I shall leave the Hostel after paying the outstanding dues.
